How far in advance should I book?

We recommend booking at least 2-3 weeks in advance for most events. However, we can often accommodate last-minute requests depending on availability.

What space do you need for setup?

For chair massage, we need approximately 6x6 feet per chair. We bring all equipment and can set up in any quiet area with access to electricity (optional).

Are your therapists licensed and insured?

Yes! All our therapists are licensed massage therapists with professional liability insurance. We're fully insured for your peace of mind.

What is your cancellation policy?

We require 48 hours notice for cancellations. Cancellations within 48 hours may be subject to a cancellation fee. Please contact us for details.

Do you provide services outside regular hours?

Yes! We offer evening and weekend services. Additional fees may apply for services outside standard business hours.

Can you accommodate large events?

Absolutely! We can scale to events of any size by bringing additional therapists. We've served events with hundreds of attendees.
