1. Agreement to Terms

By booking or using Chair Massage To Go's services, you agree to be bound by these Terms and Conditions. These terms apply to all users of our services, including corporate clients, event organizers, and individual participants.

If you do not agree to these terms, please do not use our services. We reserve the right to update or modify these terms at any time without prior notice. Your continued use of our services after any changes constitutes acceptance of the modified terms.

2. Services Description

Chair Massage To Go provides professional mobile massage therapy services, including but not limited to:

  • On-site chair massage for corporate wellness programs
  • Event massage services for conferences, trade shows, weddings, and special events
  • Community program massage services for health fairs and non-profit organizations
  • Custom massage packages tailored to client needs

All services are provided by licensed and insured massage therapists who maintain current certifications and professional standards.

3. Booking and Reservations

3.1 Booking Process

Bookings can be made through our website, email, or by contacting us directly. All bookings are subject to therapist availability and confirmation by Chair Massage To Go.

3.2 Minimum Requirements

A minimum 2-hour booking is required for most services to cover travel time and setup. Minimum requirements may vary based on location and event type.

3.3 Confirmation

All bookings will be confirmed via email within 24-48 hours. If you do not receive confirmation, please contact us to verify your reservation.

4. Payment Terms

4.1 Pricing

Pricing is determined based on various factors including session length, number of therapists, event duration, location, and additional services requested. All prices are quoted in USD and are subject to applicable taxes.

4.2 Payment Methods

We accept payment via credit card, debit card, check, or electronic bank transfer. Corporate clients may arrange for invoicing with approved credit terms.

4.3 Deposits and Payment Schedule

A deposit of 50% may be required at the time of booking for new clients or large events. The remaining balance is due upon completion of services or as specified in the service agreement. For recurring services, payment terms will be established in the service contract.

4.4 Late Payments

Invoices are due within 30 days of the invoice date unless otherwise agreed upon. Late payments may incur a fee of 1.5% per month on the outstanding balance.

5. Cancellation and Rescheduling Policy

5.1 Client Cancellations

Cancellations must be made at least 48 hours in advance to receive a full refund of any deposits paid. Cancellations made within 48 hours of the scheduled service will forfeit 50% of the service fee. No-shows or same-day cancellations will be charged the full service fee.

5.2 Rescheduling

Rescheduling requests made at least 48 hours in advance are free of charge, subject to therapist availability. Rescheduling requests made within 48 hours may incur a rescheduling fee.

5.3 Our Cancellations

In the rare event that we must cancel your booking due to unforeseen circumstances, we will notify you as soon as possible and offer to reschedule or provide a full refund of any payments made.

5.4 Weather and Emergency Situations

In cases of severe weather, natural disasters, or other emergencies that make travel unsafe, we may need to cancel or reschedule services. In such cases, no cancellation fees will apply, and we will work with you to reschedule at no additional cost.

6. Client Responsibilities

6.1 Event Space Requirements

Clients must provide adequate space for massage setup as specified in the booking agreement. Each massage chair requires approximately 6x6 feet of space in a relatively quiet area.

6.2 Access and Parking

Clients must provide information about parking, building access, and load-in procedures. Any parking fees or building access fees are the responsibility of the client unless otherwise agreed upon.

6.3 Health Information

Participants are responsible for informing therapists of any health conditions, injuries, or contraindications prior to receiving massage services. Participants with serious health conditions should consult their healthcare provider before receiving massage therapy.

6.4 Accurate Information

Clients must provide accurate information regarding the number of expected participants, event duration, and any special requirements at the time of booking.

7. Liability and Insurance

7.1 Our Insurance Coverage

Chair Massage To Go maintains comprehensive general liability and professional liability insurance. All therapists are individually insured and licensed in accordance with state regulations.

7.2 Limitation of Liability

Chair Massage To Go, its employees, and contractors shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from the use of our services. Our total liability shall not exceed the amount paid for the services in question.

7.3 Participant Acknowledgment

By receiving massage services, participants acknowledge that massage therapy is not a substitute for medical examination, diagnosis, or treatment. Participants should consult their healthcare provider for any medical conditions.

7.4 Personal Belongings

Chair Massage To Go is not responsible for lost, stolen, or damaged personal belongings during service provision.

8. Professional Conduct

8.1 Therapist Standards

All our therapists adhere to the highest professional and ethical standards. They maintain appropriate boundaries, respect client privacy, and conduct themselves professionally at all times.

8.2 Client Conduct

We expect all clients and participants to treat our therapists with respect and courtesy. We reserve the right to refuse service or terminate a session if a client or participant engages in inappropriate behavior, harassment, or creates an unsafe environment.

8.3 Zero Tolerance Policy

We have a zero-tolerance policy for sexual harassment, discrimination, or any form of inappropriate conduct. Any violation will result in immediate termination of services without refund and may result in legal action.

9. Health and Safety

9.1 Health Screening

Participants may be asked to complete a brief health screening form before receiving massage services. This information is kept confidential and used solely to provide safe, appropriate massage therapy.

9.2 Contraindications

Massage therapy may not be appropriate for individuals with certain health conditions including but not limited to: recent injuries or surgeries, blood clots, severe osteoporosis, infectious skin conditions, or acute inflammation. Participants with such conditions should consult their healthcare provider before receiving massage.

9.3 COVID-19 and Infectious Disease

We follow current health guidelines regarding infectious disease prevention. Clients and participants who are ill or experiencing symptoms of contagious illness should not participate in massage services. We maintain strict hygiene protocols and sanitize equipment between uses.

9.4 Right to Refuse Service

Our therapists reserve the right to refuse or modify services if they determine that massage may be contraindicated or unsafe for a particular individual.

10. Intellectual Property

All content on our website, marketing materials, and documentation, including text, graphics, logos, images, and software, is the property of Chair Massage To Go and is protected by copyright and trademark laws. Unauthorized use, reproduction, or distribution of our intellectual property is prohibited.

11. Privacy and Data Protection

We are committed to protecting your privacy. Any personal information collected during the booking process or service provision is handled in accordance with our Privacy Policy. We do not sell, rent, or share personal information with third parties except as necessary to provide our services or as required by law.

Health information provided by participants is kept confidential in accordance with HIPAA regulations and professional massage therapy standards.

12. Force Majeure

Chair Massage To Go shall not be liable for any failure or delay in performance due to circumstances beyond our reasonable control, including but not limited to: natural disasters, severe weather, acts of war or terrorism, labor disputes, government actions, epidemics or pandemics, or failure of third-party services.

13. Dispute Resolution

13.1 Informal Resolution

In the event of any dispute or concern, we encourage clients to contact us directly so we can attempt to resolve the issue informally.

13.2 Mediation

If informal resolution is not successful, both parties agree to attempt to resolve the dispute through mediation before pursuing legal action.

13.3 Governing Law

These terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the state in which our business is registered, without regard to its conflict of law provisions.

14. Modifications to Services

We reserve the right to modify, suspend, or discontinue any aspect of our services at any time without prior notice. We also reserve the right to refuse service to anyone for any reason at our discretion.

15. Severability

If any provision of these Terms and Conditions is found to be invalid or unenforceable, the remaining provisions shall continue in full force and effect.

16. Entire Agreement

These Terms and Conditions, together with our Privacy Policy and any service agreement or contract, constitute the entire agreement between you and Chair Massage To Go regarding the use of our services.
